It looks like a 1930s Manns Chinese Theater. The exterior is filled with nice details. The Marquee and the palace sign are things that make it stand out ( a good thing) if you have other modulars. THe inside is also very nice. The ground floor is where their are all the concessions such as popcorn, candy, even water. The second floor has room for six mini figures to sit for the movie. Finally the third floor. The third floor is very plain, but it gives room if you want to add creative things up there (who knows what you'll build?) That means that finding it at the original retail price is going to be hard. However, $199.99 CAD for this set was a good price. You were getting a great set at a great value. The build has a couple of minor issues. However, in 2013, I was quite impressed with it. Each year since then, the LEGO\u00ae Group as upped the detail on these Creator Expert sets, which has influenced my current opinion. While it does suffer from very generic Minifigures, in the end I still love this set.
