I bought him this set for his birthday. It took him roughly 50 minutes to an hour to complete the build with no help from anyone. He smiled the whole time as he battled with Spider-Man and the green villain. He loved that he could take the pieces apart and rebuild it and make a mini tower. The duplo sets are great for kids ages 2-5. My grandson will be 5 and is just now starting to take an interest in the smaller lego sets. My daughter has suggested we purchase him a lego set for ages 6 plus for Christmas. Lego's are great. I had them for my kids when they were young and that was 25 years ago.
