The set is absolutely beautiful to look at. I love that I can use this as a decoration piece in my apartment. It's classy and doesn't feel or look like a 'toy.' I also like that the instruction booklet comes with little facts about what I am building. I enjoyed reading it. I will definitely be buying more Lego Architecture pieces. The only thing that could be improved upon is the instructions. If the model were much smaller, I wouldn't be looking for elaborate applied ornamentation as it is not practical at that scale.
