He loves building things and I had hoped it would help him sit and focus in preparation for preschool. He is very energetic and he will sit and put this set (and the others) together with some assistance. The set will make 3 different types of planes and comes with step by step instructions. The container is a handy storage device for all the tiny pieces. He will bring a set and ask if we can build a certain plane. They are definitely a great item to bring for the little ones when traveling to a grandparents or friends house. The only downside is the pieces are small and may have a tendency to get lost.
