He's wearing red swim trunks, complete with a J.T. insignia. J.T. is probably the initials of one of the designers, which is common with Collectible Minifigures, but I couldn't tell you which one. He also has a muscular torso, so you know he works out in his spare time. His face has sunglasses and his hair is a common mold in a new color of dark brown. His accessories consist of a red lifeguard float, which is fairly uncommon, and red binoculars, which are a first in this color.
