I found this kit to be quiet fun. My children seemed to want to just free build off of what I built and play with the characters. I found that every lego is well made, a bright solid color and the characters are amazing with the amount of detail and thought that went into them!With just 81 pieces this awesome NINJAGO Legacy Kai's Fire Dragon set is quiet cute and fun to put together. The instructions are easy to follow and my five and six year olds were actually able to follow most of the instructions with minimal help - mostly they just needed help pushing down some of the tighter legs to snap on.
