Otherwise not crazy special. In Play: The key feature of lifting the bull's mouth to let toxic waste barrels out is a lot of fun and different from anything else currently on the LEGO market. The bigfig Sandy is a suitable adversary for the tank and the stud shooter included also adds action. The one issue encountered is that the turret with the stud shooter can tend to swing upside-down as it isn't fixed very rigidly to the rest of the build. On Display: This set is rather elegant in its simplicity and it looks nice on display, especially with other Monkie Kid villain sets as they all share a similar aesthetic. Sandy is also an eye-catching figure and stands out against the dark bull-inspired vehicle. TLDR: Simple tank with excellently implemented play feature achieves purpose without standing out too much in the LEGO portfolio.

https://www.thebrickfan.com/lego-monkie-kid-iron-bull-tank-80007-review/
Overall the LEGO Monkie Kid Iron Bull Tank (80007) is actually a pretty fun set but doesn't look too visually appealing. The front of the tank has a lot of stickers which is disappointing but it keeps it from being too bland. The play features are the highlight of the tank. The oil barrel “launcher" doesn't really launch it but lets it roll out from the front. The stud shooter wasn't really needed but it fills out the back.
This really is a playset first and foremost. While certainly not devoid of desirable qualities, I feel there isn't a great deal the average AFOL would gain from this set - though the child in them would definitely get a kick out of it.
