Love that LEGO is expanding their horizons for what DUPLO pieces can make. My toddler son is having tons of fun making sandwiches and all sorts of vegetables and fruits with this set. We have also mixed with some of our other DUPLO sets to make even more food pieces, which he loves naming. The variety of dome and circle shaped specialty pieces in this set are especially great. After seeing the DUPLO food app, I chose this set out of the food based DUPLO sets because it seemed the most healthy. The brown circle can be roast beef or falafel just as easily as hamburger and the pink slice can be ham or salmon as easily as it can be bologna. I would love to see LEGO take the healthy food concept further as we were inspired to design items like a banana using parts from another set. Go LEGO! :: rob's wife
