Looks cool. It has a nice mix of fantastic and sci-fi influences that can work in a variety of settings. It looks good as a display piece, which was my main reason for choosing it over the other sets in the store. However, I don't think it particularly fits the NinjaGo theme very well. It's a bit out-of-place with the martial arts ethos, like they felt that an oriental theme needed a dragon so they tossed one in.
I haven't bought a Lego set in years, and this was the set that finally broke me. It looks nice. It plays nice when you have other sets. If you don't have other sets, he'll do just fine perching on top of your computer and just looking awesome. Honestly, there is no legitimate reason for you to not own this set. You can not win against the Ice Dragon in a set fight. He is simply the best there is.
