Love this! I saw a built one at my moms house and had to buy one! Even though it's Christmas, I'm keeping it out year round. I loved building this. You can see the gears that turn the train through a clear plastic window. The trains are ADORABLE! I Love the colors on it. It's so beautiful that I have a hard time explaining it. I'll post a picture but that may not be enough. I highly recommend this!

I don't have much complaints about the Carousel except for the crack on the top but that's about it. I do like how LEGO used a window piece for one side so we can see the inner workings of the turning feature.

For a $15 set that LEGO is currently giving away, 40293 Christmas Carousel is a pretty great set. It works well at any scale, from minifigs on up, and non-LEGO-fan friends will be delighted by the movement in your Christmas decor.
