My boy is a big Lego fan, and he is so much about Advengers so defiantly he liked it,,,,
Received this a free gift with my recent purchase. It was a quick and easy build to do while watching tv. Kind of wish I had purchased the original set long ago.
Typical gifts with purchase from LEGO tends to be in smaller piece count or box size. This Avengers Tower comes with a box size and element count that could effectively be a retail set that's sold separately. As with most Super Heroes sets, the sets are typically figbaits, and this one does not disappoint with a unique Iron Man minifigure that needs to be in every collector's shelf. The build itself is pretty impressive and packs a large number of bricks and a decent representation of the tower and one to certainly have in your collection.
For a gift with Marvel purchases of £75 or more and even if it does resemble the Fortnite supply llama, it compares well to other, similar LEGO promotional items, particularly the just-ended LEGO Star Wars box of well-circulated, undesirable polybags offered with qualifying spends of £85.
As mentioned above some of the recent free promotional items have been really impressive and this is a particularly awesome little set. One which could easily be sold as a set in its own right. I really enjoyed the build and the finished product looks great, resulting in a cool little display piece.
Overall, the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Avengers Tower (40334) is probably the best promotion we've had so far this year. We do get an exclusive Tony Stark/Iron Man minifigure and the tower itself is a good size. It's also nice to see LEGO celebrating The First Ten Years of Marvel Studios and hopefully we'll see more sets in the future for it.
LEGO has produced several interesting promotional items during the last couple of years and 40334 Avengers Tower is certainly among my favourites. The model looks fantastic when compared with the movies, closely resembling its onscreen counterpart and incorporating impressive texture which helps to break up the predominantly grey colour scheme.
