I bought this set for the array of baked goods and food items. I intend to add both the food and the kitchen parts to a cafe. I could also see using the parts in a holiday kitchen build. The pug in a party has is just bonus.

I used these as party favors for a birthday party and the kids loved them. The parents did too because they were not junk toys and sugary candies. When I got them though they were only $5 a piece. I figured by the time I bought the favor bags and junk toys and candy to go in them I was already close to $5 a piece anyway.

I had fun building this little set because not only you get a new pug mould but also because you get a lot of new parts and extra pieces. Apart from the pug, the medium azure balloon parts also contributed to its appeal because it is not common. I don't mind not having a minidoll in this little set because the pug is the star of this set. However, kids may need a minidoll to enjoy the play features if they want someone operating the oven. Overall, it is a great value and one more reason why you should look at Friends theme even if you don't have interest in minidolls.

The parts selection is enormously appealing, extraordinarily so for a set costing just £3.99! That alone justifies the purchase of the set in my opinion as I cannot recall ever finding such a brilliant range of pieces in such a tiny set before.
