She spent a quiet afternoon putting it together then several days playing with it along with other compatible sets. I'd say she plays with it ever couple of days. She's happy, so I'm happy.
LEGO Friends fans can to continue to build out the world and storylines of LEGO Friends' Heartlake City with this new set. This is a simple build to piece together and offers an adorable little setting for kids to roleplay their own puppy parade as well as award ceremony for Apollo as best-in-show pup.
I am writing this review for my daughter. She likes the car, especially how it looks like a dog. She says the build was straight forward and fun. She was a bit peeved though that the minifigure couldn't actually drive the car because the steering wheel is placed too far away from the seat. She took off a "Lego piece" for that.
I was a little skeptical about this subtheme as puppy themed sets have been done quite a few times before in the Friends theme. However, I find the Puppy Parade vehicle quite charming. I like that there is plenty of space inside the limo for multiple puppies and their accessories. The accents on the vehicle do convey accurately that we're looking at a doggie car.
This is a fun little set which can provide many hours of fun for pet lovers of all kinds. When used in conjunction with any other sets from the Puppy sub theme, the possibilities are truly endless!
