This set is absolutely adorable. I love how it's made for boys and girls. My boys love trading friendship bracelets, doing crafts, Art, and all of that fun stuff but a lot of the products are geared towards girls. My boys didn't once question of it was girly or anything, they dove right in and had no problem making these. My boys are 5 and 7.

Crafty kids will love getting creative with LEGO Dots. We like that the line ranges from jewelry to desktop items, and that the larger kits include storage and sorting trays to make building easier. And all the crafts are super easy to change up whenever kids want a new look.

It's a good set to make with friends. Perhaps at a party or sleepover, friends could build best friend bracelets together and have something to take away at the end. Or, it's a good set if you just wanted to have a selection of different colour bracelets to match your outfits!

All in all, despite the disappointment in the randomness of the printed tiles, this set more than makes up for it in the quantity and variety of the bracelets and colored tiles themselves. I would highly recommend this set to any fan of Dots, especially families who want a shared set of bracelets, adult fans for whom a single bracelet doesn't fit on its own, and any collector looking to massively augment their collection of 1x1 tiles.
