The Demolition Starter Set is great! First, the price is very good. You get four minifigures with great accessories (including a hardhat with hair), a keen little scooper/loader vehicle, and a very cool plumbing fixture to be demolished! That item is very well designed, showing you just what can be done with a very few pieces. The set fits well into other City construction sets, allowing you to tear down and rebuild vast tracts of your City.

The Easter Bunny brought this for my 6-year-old son. The kit was delivered quickly and well-packed.The set has 85 pieces and includes:-4 figures--a foreman and 3 workers (2 men and 1 woman)-Awesome front loader (about 3" long) and a building section with toilet, water and pipes-2 cones, jackhammer, sledgehammer and a megaphoneThe front loader rolls and the bucket articulates. This was a great set. The sledgehammer and toilet (go figure) are the most popular accessories, but this has overall been a huge hit with my five kids. I highly recommend this set.

Playing with Bricks

Recommendation: meh 9 / 10 by Nachos Grande

For kids, this set is pretty much perfect. I could see a lot of play potential including different builds with the extra pieces just to then destroy 'em with the giant hammer! For adults, getting four minifigures is nice (of course) but the construction truck doesn't offer a lot of alternate build options.
