This is a nice set and a great addition to an city setup! Since it is for ages 4+ there are some pieces that are larger, which make building easier for a younger audience. Overall I'm happy with this set and look forward to more city services crews to collect.

I was impressed with my 3.5 year olds ability to help put this together with his older sister's help. Once it was built I showed him how he could put the “trash" (included with set) in the dumpster, then attach the dumpster to the back of the truck and tip it up and over to empty it into the truck. I love the little details of these sets!

While the simplicity of this set may not be to everyone's taste, older fans who enjoy creating their own LEGO City may find this is a cheap way of adding a nice sized truck with a decent amount of accessories. Young fans will love the satisfaction of knowing they have completed a LEGO set all on their own. The LEGO Group should also be applauded for bringing the notion of recycling to a young audience.
