The design of the UFO is great and the minifigures are too. While this set wasn 't at all what I had originally thought it would be, I'm still very happy with the way LEGO designed it.
LOVE IT! It can basically abduct ALL LEGO minifigures, and projects a light when you bush the lever. It cant REALLY abduct (making the farmer in the set float) them, but if you put the flying saucer on the farmer's head, it gets stuck in the small compartment with rubber gripers.
It's a nice little set, it has no real flaws, and while the tractor beam is nicely implemented, there's nothing particularly revolutionary or memorable here.
Its a classic saucer in the style of the 1950s B movies, the grille on the front is a little confusing though. Its a little too high in the sides for my liking but if it wasn't there'd be no room for the abductees, so its the price you pay.
