I bought it for my kids, they are 6 and 9 and they loved it. They got addicted specially my younger kid. Me and my wife played with them to complete and fine tune it. My kids like ninjago in general and those minifigures made their day! I have given 4 start because of the price tag. Highly recommended though

The Monastery of Spinjitzu is a great set. Firstly, even at full price, you are getting a great value in terms of the cost-per-brick, as well as the build time. Secondly, the build stays true to the source material, and looks great. Thirdly, you get some awesome Minifigures at a good brick:fig ratio. Finally, the set is good for display, and great for play. I highly recommend the Monatery of Spinjitzu.

This set is well built, The play features are decent too. At first, I didn't think it was worth the money but having it on my shelf I can see that it's pretty good for the money. I like the addition of the cherry blossom on the side, the mini figures are good too, though I find the skeleton's face a bit weird but that might just be me. The set looks good and had a good building experience too. I do not like that the fruits on the training grounds are so delicate, I feel like they could've been made a bit stronger because they fall off too easily. Also, I would've liked to have gotten maybe one more skeleton or a side build for the skulkins but maybe I'm asking for too much? Overall, good set, decent value and mini figures, I'd rate 7/10 for this.
