Overall, I'm very happy with Stars Rahkshi. I have some fond memories with the original one I have, and this set really seemed to be the only one that gave me any nostalgic value. He's a great buy, and at a great price tag. Recommended.
Overall, I really have no doubt in my mind whether I think Rahkshi is a worthy set. The answer is a definite yes. The nostalgia factor for me is probably the biggest part of this, and if you've ever owned a Rahkshi then maybe you'll get the same warm happy feeling at opening a brand new set practically right out of the past. And if you joined in on the franchise after 2003 then you get a chance to be a part of the history of an amazing line. I wholeheartedly recommend the Rahkshi for anyone looking to own a fun, simple set that represents one of Bionicle's greatest years. The cons are there, but the pros far outweigh them in my own humble opinion.
The set is a decent one. It may not be the tall, thin, intimidating Rahkshi of yesteryear, but it actually resembles the Rahkshi in Mask of Light quite a bit, I think, with its spine-head connection and its bulkiness. It looks more hunched and bestial than the old sets, as well, and it makes good use of the Agori construction. Nevertheless, I would only recommend it if you're getting the other Stars, and need a villain on the small scale (though I would recommend Nektann over the Rahkshi).
