another great little star wars microfighter! (I also have the millennium falcon in this range, which is my favourite so far) easy to build. suggest you build in good light, on a large flat surface so you can spread out the parts and see what you are doing. quite an accurate replica, given its size. the supplied rebel pilot is not to scale, giving the whole thing a cartoony feel. many small parts give a lot of fine detail, and make it a good replica. for size, compare the size of the studs on the upper surfaces of the bricks, with standard lego parts. the figure is not meant to be luke skywalker, but one of his rebel pilot allies. so you get a blaster pistol, not a light sabre! I had fun building this, and it is a pleasure to pick up and admire. overall, fun, well detailed, and great value for money.
I love this one, it's a great small build, cheap $10, the cheapest way to get an awesome wookie mold. Goes well with all the other wookies but still looks different. I have zero problems with this price point or the build/piece count/minifig. It's just a well done Microfighter.
It is pretty simple to build, which is great for young fans. Once built, kids can use the attack craft to fly circles around the Empire, recreating scenes from the movie or coming up with their own adventures. It would also make a nice addition to a Star Wars collection.
There's something inherently playable here, but compared to the others, this one sort of misses out. I like getting a custom feature, and for parts, it's decent, but the Starships have all generally been better for play.
