Millennium Falcon

Fans can use this Millennium Falcon to reenact scenes from The Force Awakens or create and stage original stories. The amount of details, both inside and out, also makes this a great item for a collector's display. more less

First off this is a great falcon set is has a great amount of detail for the price range it sits in, plenty of play value with the two spring loaded blasters at the front of the ships and two fully movable blasters on the top and bottom of the ship, just like the movies! The interior of the set is very well detailed with a small cockpit to fit two mini-figs shame Chewbacca is slightly too big to fit however the rest of the interior has plenty to offer with a seating area around a small holotable or the hyperdrive towards the back of the ship. And of course the most important feature of any smuggling vessel the hidden compartment in the floor for Rey and Finn to hide. Onto the mini-figs and this set doesn't disappoint, with a great older Han Solo with a brand new jacket -Chewbacca with a great unique bowcaster weapon -a two piece BB8 which has great detail -Rey also looks great and has a nice blaster too -Finn looks great in Poes jacket -Fimally the two kanjaklub members look great with their flintlock weapons. Overall a great set with plenty of detail and lots of great mini-figs! more less

LEGO has stayed true to the spirit of the ship and honoured it with a great set. I admit that there is not a lot of difference to the 2011 set, but if you missed out previously I would highly recommend this set. The selection of minifigures is great and I couldn't offer any other suggestions other than maybe a Rathar attached to the cockpit? more less

Overall, the new LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Millennium Falcon (75105) is still a good ship given that there wasn't much change from the previous version. The old ship was a great set and one of my favorites since it was the one that brought me out of my Dark Ages and building the new one gave me some nostalgic feelings. For those who are saying that this set is purely a cash grab by LEGO considering it's basically the same as the last one, keep in mind that this is for LEGO fans who may not had a chance to pick up the old one. If you do have the old one, you may decide to pass on this given that there isn't much that's been done to warrant a purchase. more less

I'm torn on the set, to be honest. It feels decidedly average, though the price and lack of seemingly important play features hurt it and make me want to knock it down a bit. If I would have written this review before the 2016 sets came out, I could talk up how it was the only set with Finn, but that's no longer true. more less

From purchase to final build, I was in awe of how great this set looked. Having the Millennium Falcon in hand, swooshing around, was a great feeling. Looking at that interior, with those minifigs, it's no surprise that fun can be had. There are a lot of impressive play features, giving the set lots of potential. Of course, the minifigs are a big draw, as always. It has been a while since we have had a set of the Falcon on the store shelves, and the decent price makes picking it up worthwhile if you need it for your collection. more less

If you are looking for a fun build as a display piece or toy, then this unique set will be like nothing you've built before. It's sturdy, with great attention to detail and allows you to recreate your favourite moments from the Force Awakens film. We really liked the idea of hidden play functions which can take some time to discover. more less

This is, without a doubt, the best Millennium Falcon ever produced at this scale. The shape of the model is more faithful to the movie than ever before and the level of intricate detail has also improved significantly. There are plenty of fun play features and the sturdy construction of the craft makes it brilliantly swooshable, even allowing you to turn it upside down and recreate the barrel roll manoeuvre seen in the first trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. more less

The stars of this set are the minifigs. If you want “old" Han, this appears to be the only set you'll be able to get him in for the foreseeable future. Every one of the minifigs is useful beyond Star Wars. And if you didn't buy the 2011 Falcon, this is a great way to get this key ship as a display model. So if, like me, the Force has reawakened in you and you've remembered what fun Star Wars can be, by all means pick up this set. But I can't recommend this set at full price from a pure parts standpoint — there's not enough variety or novelty to warrant the cost at $150. If you're looking for a cost-effective way to get bricks to expand your collection in order to build your own designs, this isn't the set for you. more less
