My grandson loves Legos and star wars so he will enjoy adding this to his Lego collection.
Whilst 75183 Darth Vader Transformation will boost your dark side minifigure collection, teach you a new way to build a droid and leave you with a cute, circular vignette for display, it's those standout play features that will have you returning to this set more often than other sets in your collection will. As with all location-based LEGO Star Wars creations, there's no ship to swoosh, if that's your thing, but there's so much fun to be had here to recommend this set as not only one that you make sure not to miss out on, but that you perhaps grab as soon as you can. After all, you don't want to realise just how good this set is after it's no longer available, to be left thinking ‘NOOOOOOoooooOOOOOoooooOOOOO'.

This is a great product and is a needed improvement from it old 2005 version, it was a good set for its time but this new one definitely outdoes itself. When I finished building it and put all the characters in place it just felt so menacing, I already had the Darth Vader and Sidious minifigs (minus the new capes), they were still great though I just wish Sidious had a more displeased face, finally I loved the new burned Anakin figure, it was an amazing improvement to the minifigure from 2005. Overall this is a must get set if you're a fan of Star Wars since it is the first time in the Star Wars timeline we actually see Vader and his new suit.
This is a really cool construction set that Star Wars and LEGO fans will have fun building and then playing with. It really recreates that iconic moment in Revenge of the Sith when Anakin becomes Darth Vader.
In summary, this set does not look great, but the figures are fantastic and the play features are good.
This is probably the stand out play set for this summer's wave and it will definitely bring joy to the many Darth Vader fans who love LEGO.
I highly recommend the set to anyone who does not own these minifigures and it is worthy of consideration even if they already form part of your collection, although there are lots of other Star Wars sets competing for attention in this impressive summer wave!
