BOIL THEM .. they don't come off the magnet but if you remove all the pieces that will come off then put the rest in some water and boil it the glue will dissolve and then you have a perfect mini figure. so its a great way of getting some cool mini figures without buying them single or a whole lego set. boil for about 10 minutes then let them set for a couple to cool off before you remove them from the magnet. I recommend you remove the arms head and head piece before you boil
