I like the color assortment in this set of bricks and plates. A good starter set. Only one disappointment, and it's my fault for not reading the description more carefully. I thought I was getting 16" square plates; but instead they were 16-stud square plates. I'm a novice at Legos so didn't pick up on the description. Oh well.....
