Who knew an airport would be such a delight to a young girl? But it is. Hours of fun for her not just in building it, but playing with it in many imaginative ways. The price seems out of whack for a bunch of plastic pieces, but it's inexpensive when you see the pleasure it brings to a child.

This set has lots of realistic details to bring the experience of flying to life for kids. There are so many little details and moving parts that allow kids to play out every aspect of going to the airport and riding on a plane, minus the long line at security and delayed flights. But kids can always add those aspects to their LEGO flying storylines and come up with other imaginative adventures for the LEGO Friends.

This set is incredibly amazing! I am very happy with it! It is very it detailed, and can easily be played with. I loved the minifigures, the reclining seats, the expertly-crafted swinging door, and the luggage carousel. However, I would take the "cafeteria" in the back of the plane out, to make room for more seats. Love it, LEGO! Keep on making excellent sets!
