Everyone complaining about this item either did not read the product details or doesn't know what a LEGO mini figure is. And quite possibly hasn't seen the new movie (or any for that matter)Red Arm? Guess you didn't see the new movie or read the new comics.Shiny Gold Misleading? Clearly the glossy package is to account for the picture. Not to mention that LEGO packages always stylize the pictures on the box. Anyone familiar with LEGO toys knows their figures aren't chromed, for the most part.Too Small? It's a LEGO, brah!If you have a firm grasp of both Star Wars and LEGOs, you'll be very happy. One of only a few fully printed figures I've seen... Side of leg details?! Whaaaa? This little guy will look awesome in my Episode VII Millennium Falcon. Will post a picture then I finish building it.
This polybag is a fine detailed minifigure with excellent printing on the side and back view. It is a certainly a must have minifigure especially if you are a fan of the LEGO Star Wars and a fan who need to collect every single of them. I am more of a casual buyer and I am very delighted to own this.
With C-3PO being a cornerstone Star Wars character, it would be ludicrous to imagine that he won't show up in any other sets but hey, if you want him now, the polybag is your only option.
The polybag features C-3PO 30 years after Return of the Jedi. Although the image shown on the polybag makes him look metallic, C-3PO is actually the flat pearl-gold color we've seen before. He does have some new side arm printing as well as on the legs. The most notable difference is the red arm that he currently has which also has some arm printing. There's no word yet on how he got the arm but there will be a special one-shot from Marvel in December that will reveal what happened.
Few minifigures match this one for printed detail and I therefore have no hesitation in recommending it. Of course it would have been even better had the figure been chrome gold in colour, but it is still a worthy addition to any Star Wars: The Force Awakens collection and C-3PO is unlikely to appear in any other sets based on the film, so hopefully this polybag will soon be available worldwide.
