Recommendation: meh 4.5 / 5

Build the brick handle, place the Master in the capsule, attach the blade and dragon wings and pull the ripcord. Putting your flyer together is quick and easy, it only took us less than 10 minutes to build and then you're ready to play. This unique kit is really cool to build and see a little Lego person take flight. That being said, these flyers don't necessarily fly as you would hope. There is definitely a learning curve with these flyers and they fly best only in the right environments, but they are sturdy enough for all the crash-landings.

An impulse purchase. I bought it for the mystery minifigure but was surprised that it was 15 dollars. Fortunately, it was worth the price. I love ninjago as a theme and as a show and I know who this minifigure is, but I won't spoil it because it was not announced yet. The minifig was amazing, especially that dual-molded gold and white mask. The flyer is fun to play with and it is a great little set.
