The Flying Flusher

This is such an awesome set!! I bought this for my hubby because he owns a plumbing and construction company and when I saw a figure with a plunger and plumbing truck, I was sold! There's also a outhouse with a toilet!! How fun is that!! I'm going to print out a mini sticker of my hubby's company and place it on there. I love legos! more less

Joe's plumbing van is probably the main reason for buying the set, and although £24.99 or $29.99 is a reasonable price when it comes to the price per piece ratio, to me the set does not ultimately feel as though it is worth that much. Bearing in mind that the 'great vehicles,' all of which are larger than this vehicle, are usually priced at £17.99, this set suddenly does not seem like it is quite as good a value as it initially seemed to be in my opinion. more less

Overall, a very pleasant set when it comes to the truck and porta potty model. The plane is complete bleh, but as a truck this set is pretty nice. Especially for City builders, this is an unusual subject for a truck, and the minifigures are very nice and handy. Are a truck, porta potty, and robot really worth $30? I don't know, but it's a very nice truck and porta potty, and a cute robot, with plenty of parts. So I guess so. more less

I think there is plenty of novelty value in this set, has LEGO ever created a toilet before? Similarly to the Castle Cavalry set, I prefer the normal models (Van + Toilet) vs the transformed Flying Flusher. more less

This set is pretty excellent, from my point of view. Maybe you don't get a mega-accurate reproduction of the Mines of Moria or an X-Wing, but you get a model that stimulates creativity while being pretty in its own right. "The Flying Flusher" is simply a lot of fun. more less

You actually get an extra model to go with it; a portaloo! What a hilarious idea. Those lucky Friends sets seem to get toilets all the time so it's fun to see one in a City setting and it'd look great on a construction site. For what's essentially a small box, the build is very complex and full of details. The walls are made with the new notched aeroplane wing plates to add slightly curved edges. The lid of the toilet actually recesses into the wall thanks to an arched brick. There's even a roll of loo paper in there! more less
