Overall, the Series 13 LEGO Collectible Minifigures (71008) are one of the best series I've seen in a while. The minifigures can appeal to a wide range to collectors and many of them can be potential army builders. Some of them are just wacky while others can fit into many MOCed themes as well. Designing new minifigures can be a daunting task but it seems that LEGO has got another hit with Series 13.

The quality and selection of minifigures this time around has been sensational, and out of all 16 characters, I only didn't like the Sheriff and Evil Wizard. Even then, they didn't feel like filler minifigures that you can just toss aside.
