What a great idea, soccer minifigures that actually excist. I'm not a German soccer addict (Go Belgium, go!) but as a soccer fan in general this is a theme that makes me happy and maybe in the future more countries will follow? Or maybe individual soccer teams? Now, about the minifigures, building them was easy and fun. The white baseplates are great and the four stars (reperesenting the four cups Germany won) are a nice touch. Also the tactical board from the trainer Joachim Löw looks very nice. Overal a great purchase, however one small point of criticism, when you have full range of players you'll have 18 soccer balls, and that's to much.

Their limited availability and the difficulty involved in feeling the bags is frustrating but if you are a football fan then I think these minifigures are worth picking up, for their exclusivity if nothing else. Alternatively, they are an excellent source of new hair pieces and head prints so it might be worth finding some if they are in your area or looking on Bricklink. These figures definitely offer an extra flavour to a Collectable Minifigure collection and I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing some if you get the opportunity.
