Kids of all ages who are fans of LEGO minifigures will get a kick out of this sweet version of the iconic guy. It's really easy to make this and decorate. The mold works every time, and it makes it really easy to create a cake that will get wows.

Made a really cute cake but I had to do some serious searching on the internet for baking instructions. That part was not foolproof as the head/legs are more shallow than the middle part of the body. Easy icing hack - melt a can of white store bought frosting & dye it yellow, wait til it cools but is still liquid, then pour it over the cake (on a cooling rack over a pan to catch excess) for smooth, non-fondant coverage.
