I really enjoyed this book and I hope I'll be able to convince you to pick a copy up as well, so you can enjoy it as much as I can. Go flip through it at your local bookstore and marvel at the photography yourself – words can't quite convey the beauty and tiny nuances of Vesa's work as much as actually experiencing them with your own eyes.

The book is a fantastic celebration of Vesa's work and it's great to see DK supporting the LEGO fan community in this way. Although many will have seen Vesa's images online, we've featured them on here a number of times, having them collected together in a book is quite nice. It will certainly appeal to older LEGO fans more but will also interest anyone who wishes to capture LEGO images of their own and of course Star Wars fans.

Overall, LEGO Star Wars: Small Scenes from a Big Galaxy is a very nice book with lots of great photography by Avanaut. So why should you get this book when his photos are already online to see? If you want something that makes a great conversation starter at your home, this is a book that meets that requirement.

I could probably go on and on about this book and share all of the pictures in it, but I would advise you all to, instead, go out and buy the book. It is not only a beautiful art book, but will also ramp up your excitement for the upcoming release of The Force Awakens.
