This is a classic LEGO Duplo set. It is larger than many Duplos at 74 pieces, and more complex, but the classic large blocks make it easy for little builders. My son is 4, and while he enjoys classic LEGO sets now, he also still likes Duplos. He had a great time building this set, and then spent an hour playing with the firefighters. I have noticed that we now have four of the little dalmatians, so it must be the Duplo go-to dog. The flashing lights on the top of the firetruck did add extra delight for my son and seem to be an endless source of fascination. Overall, it's a great addition for little LEGO lovers

I love this set! It looks great when you build it according to the instructions and the pieces are easy to recombine into all kinds of different interesting structures. The little figures support lots of different kinds of interactions and stories. The pizza and campfire are great inclusions: though they're not super obviously connected to the fire station theme, both get lots of use. Overall, I'm really impressed!
