Looks really nice, but I would have added some more street things (trash can, some flowers, a rat for Pete's sake!)
Toy was bought used. It came with all parts and mostly put together. The motorcycle come with kick stands to help it roll upright or stand upright. Packing did not really show but Batman has a jet-pack behind the wings. The look of Batman reminds me of the 60's TV Batman. The street light only has lights on 3 sides, but that is minor. The motorcycle also reminds me of the old TV show, not Catwoman's bike, but Batgirl's.
I do still think I got my money's worth, you get two new minifigures, and some cool parts. So even if I scrap this for parts, which I will at some point, it's not a bad deal. The minifigures have LEGOs new design fingerprint all over them and they're just fantastic. So, do I still like it. I suppose so yes. But again, this set has been saved by my love of minifigures.
Catwoman Catcycle City Chase set is a pretty okay set and the main attractions are the minifigures themselves. There are many pros and cons with this set. The price isn't that good but you get two really detailed minifigs in Batman and Catwoman.
It's a pretty expensive set which doesn't offer much value for money but it is also the cheapest way to get Batman since we don't get access to polybags here in Malaysia. It doesn't stand out parts-wise and just feels like a boring set when you put everything together. Quite a shame, since the Superman set which is only slightly more expensive has so much more going for it.
To my humble opinion the set is a decent one. It's main benefits are, undoubtedly the purple bike and the minifigs. Buy it if you can. You won't regret it!
It's hard to say “get this set." Don't buy this for the MSRP of $12.99 if you can avoid it. The part selection is decent and it's the cheapest way to get Batman at the moment, but for the price, there isn't anything in this set that screams “must have." A stronger vehicular presence or one or two more minifigures might have swayed me to a recommendation. Wait for a sale on this one, or better yet, a clearance.
