Ikir - Creature of Fire

i bought ikir creature of fire yesterday at the lego store and was not disappointed. the gear function is amazing for such a small set and works beautifully. the molding on the head is excellent. i love that it has the creature symbol on it. the articulation in the claws is great. i wont be saying any cons as i do not believe in them.the designers make every set the way it is for a reason and would not put it on the shelves if it was not already perfect. all and all i loved this set and if you have tahu it makes him that much better. more less

Given to our 11 year old grandson who is a Bionicle fan. He loves the challenge of putting them together, and this was one he had been wanting. As with others he has received, he was very excited to get it and assembled it right away. Put a big smile on his face. more less

There are very few valid reasons not to like Ikir. I think this is the strongest of the creatures, visually, and I'm definitely impressed with it. And it has so much packed into such a small pricepoint! more less

If you only plan to pick up one creature from the wave, get Ikir. He is a wonderful little set, with a great look, the right amount of articulation, an effective function that is both fun to use and doesn't take away from the set, and the best unification mode of the wave. My only complaints are the exposed balljoints on the torso and the slightly long neck, but both are minor quibbles that are far overshadowed by the positives of this set. more less

Ikir is easily one of the best creature sets you can pick up. His poseable wings and toes make all the difference in both playing and shelf-sitting, and his is a sort of novelty that doesn't wear off easily. He could have done with a bit of extra spice in terms of colored pieces, but overall is a top-notch figure and welcome addition to the line. more less

This is an ideal for small sets: an inexpensive product that uses its limited size to get most out of design and function. If you're going to pick up any small set, Definitely get Ikir. more less
