This is a excellent set, fun to build. This set also looks nice along side the creator expert F 40.

Great kit, well done. I wish LEGO made much more kits for classic and older cars. I'd buy all of them.

I had high expectations for 75890 Ferrari F40 Competizione and this set does not disappoint. It looks spectacular when compared with the original racing car, capturing its shape and numerous authentic details with remarkable accuracy. Stickers are only used where necessary and I love the tiny Ferrari branding printed on the sides of two 1x1 plates.

Even if you're not a LEGO Ferrari or Speed Champions completionist, you can't go wrong with this new (old) Ferrari.

This Speed Champion set is great fun to build, not as complex as the McLaren and also not as detailed, but it still does an impressive job of capturing the essence of its real life counterpart. I like how elements can be switched out to create one of two different versions of the F40

Now that SC car are 8-wide, I am not sure the set would be worth buying if you have only just started collecting them, and plan to get more in the future. Being 6-wide, it feels more like a toy and may look a little out of place. However, if you are a) OK with the scale difference, b) willing/ready to modify the set yourself, or c) a Ferrari fan, don't hesitate and pick it up.

After building the physical set, I am happy to report that the set looks much better in person than in official photos. The sleek look of the original car has been well-captured by the designer, who used a clever mix of Erling bricks and SNOT brackets to attach detailing to the side.
