Brother Eye Takedown is an okay value, and an okay build. Though the Batwing is fun, I am really not very excited about this set. The Batwoman Minifigure is the best part about it in my opinion. I've said it before, and I will say it again, the Super Heroes theme needs an injection of originality. I am tired of bat-vehicle after bat-vehicle.

These Batman LEGO sets have some great detail and include new figures, not before seen in other sets. LEGO fans will enjoy building them, Batman fans will want to collect them, and everyone will have a super-heroic time playing with them.

I really enjoyed this set. It is refreshing to get a new hero from the Bat Family, and Batwoman is a great choice. (Seriously though, how long until we see Spoiler or Orphan? – Okay, I guess they need a mainstream screen appearance I guess).

In conclusion, this is a tale of two cities – one good build, one bad build. The minifigure selection is okay – I like the Batwoman figure quite a bit, but Batman and OMAC are just alright. The playability is not bad, with two fighting vehicles that can go against each other but there aren't really any innovative play features. The price seems okay to me as well – not overpriced but not exactly a good deal either.

76111 Batman: Brother Eye Takedown is probably my favourite DC Super Heroes set of the summer range. The brand new Batwoman minifigure looks absolutely magnificent and I like both Batman and OMAC too. Furthermore, Brother Eye is effectively designed for a set of this size, capturing important design features of this powerful satellite from the comics and making splendid use of an orange light brick.
