I have been waiting for this set to be available for purchase. My 2+ year old son LOVES the airplane and the animals. They were little bigger than I expected which was actually perfect. Because in the pictures, they looked not big enough for the little kids. I also love the fact that this set comes with 6 different lego people and the airplane and the mini van. So worth of money!

When I saw this set; I knew that I had to get it for my niece. She is almost one and just starting to speak. this "World Animals Set" is designed for toddlers (2+) so at first she will obviously need supervision when playing with this. What a great opportunity however to teach her the names of various animals from around the world! The set includes: 2 giraffes, 2 lions (adult and baby)2 deer, 2 pandas, a toucan, a rabbit, 2 whales, a penguin, a "Nemo type" fish, and what appears to be a squirrel. There are also 6 Duplo figures - a traveler, a pilot, surfer dad and child and a canoer dad and child. Vehicles include a plane, canoe and a surf van. Other accessories and buildings are also included - what a charming and educational toy!
