My 4 year old son loves these LEGO Hero Factory figures. The parts fit together real well, and don't wear out over time like so many other action figures (a feature that parents will love). The joints are sturdy and snap together and pull apart with just the right amount of tightness. All the models are interchangeable and a collection of 5-6 figures provides infinite number of combinations for his imagination to come up with.
Brain Attack Stormer is easily the best incarnation of Stormer we've got so far, and he's also one of the greatest (regular-sized) heroes as well. Be it the parts he comes with, the build, his design, his play features - he does pretty much everything right. The somewhat loose lower part of his sword hilt might be his only issue, but it's one I can easily forgive, because Stormer is just so totally awesome.
I definitely don't regret my decision to pick up Stormer - he's a sweet set. If you can get him on sale or are looking for white pieces, definitely nab him. With the 2014 sets coming soon, you may want to wait for those if your budget is tight. If you want some instant gratification though, you won't be disappointed by Stormer.
