so one thing is for sure, i don't like juniors sets. when they first showed up i was in the demographic for them so i liked the bat cave set. but then i grew and felt indifferent on them. then i was looking at lego sets and saw how over priced they are. but this makes me like them its fun i play with my legos but this felt like fun unlike most of them. it had a build that felt fun (the spaceship) and nice side builds in my opinion too. so overall juniors may be good now?

My six year old was desperate to have a Lego set that included Emmet, so I surprised him with this one. He was so thrilled with this set. It was super easy for him to put together on his own and he loves all the little extra details like the tool set and the rover that sit in the back of the spaceship.I appreciated that the construction was simple and solid, which is a big plus when you have a young kid that likes to really get down and play with the legos when they're done building them. He's had the set built for a couple of weeks now and I don't think anything has come apart yet.Would definitely recommend.

Printed part fiends may want this set, but with so very many decent The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part sets to choose from, no-one else has any reason to pick up this one.

Clearly this is a set aimed at young builders with simplicity at the fore but there are a few interesting parts that will tempt the older builder, especially those with a love of the Classic Space theme.
