Because I have limited physical energy, I never browse isles at a store just to see what is available, so to be offered this Lego set that will speak to the heart of younger girls ages 4+. I raised two boys, no girls and just this past year got a granddaughter so I have been interested in any girl type toys that will catch their attention as well as building STEM skills. Any girl that has fallen in love with Movie and characters from Frozen should enjoy this set. It is a smaller Lego set, but like all Lego sets you can build a variety of scenes with it especially if there are more Legos available in the house.

I got this for a birthday gift but it was kinda boring and then it fell apart. I like frozen 2 (kind of) but this gift...does not meet my needs. I do LIKE it I just do not LOVE it as much as some products. As the title says, I expected more. Read the title. Enough said.

For a small set, Anna's Canoe Expedition offers a lot in creative play. The larger pieces and simple design are great for young builders just getting started with LEGO or moving away from Duplo. The characters are the same as the sets for older children, and the prints are really nice. I know some adults avoid the 4+ sets, but I had fun building it and playing around with how the canoe could handle the terrain. The pieces will integrate nicely with the rest of the sets from the Frozen II theme.
