Bird Island Egg Heist

LEGO makes high quality toys. They impress - and continue to last for generations. They are more expensive than when I was young, but what isn't? My grandson has several sets now - and even the more expensive ones are worth their cost. They exercise creativity, imagination and engineering skills - which is lacking in today's "Vidiot" world. I do recommend this - and all of the LEGO line-ups for those dear to you. more less

Found all of these angry birds set marked as clearance at our local toy kingdom so couldn't help myself and bought all of them. Great play value with loads of hidden traps and actions. The Minifigures are also super unique and very cute. more less

The three Angry Birds figures, along with the piggie trike vehicle and bird house in this set can be used to recreate scenes from The Angry Birds Movie, or to play out original ideas, including the Biker Pig stealing Matilda's eggs and making a fast getaway. The house's catapult also replicates the bird-flinging action of the original app game. more less

This is a delightful set that I imagine will appeal to girls more than others in the range due to its bright colours and subject matter. The tree house is an attractive, solid structure that includes lots of useful tan pieces such as inverted slopes, arches, and the curved bricks used for the roof. More foliage would have been welcome but what's provided is adequate. more less
