Although i have yet to start building this, i can see that i will spend a good day trying to build this with my girlfriend. Some of the interesting items that was good - The ice cream stand - Escalators to access different floors (if it was a 2 way functional escalator, it will be even better!) - The huge billboard on the roof with the blue little present box :) - Can't forget the Windows scraper worker at the side making it more realistic If Amazon is able to bring in more set of this will be better for all other family yet to own it. The price from 3rd party seller are too high! At 149.99, this set will be a must to have for all lego modular fans..

For me, this is right up there at the top of the modular series along with 10185 Green Grocer. There is something amazing about the vast expanse of frontage a corner building creates, so it's very pleasing to see this style return 3 years after the release of the original.
