The Corner Garage is a beautiful set with lots of play and display appeal. While it is not as good a value as past Creator Expert sets, you still get a fair amount for the price. The set suffers a little in the Minifigure department because we really are not getting anything super detailed, and there a relatively few Minifigures for the overall brick count. All the same, I love this set and am very pleased with the purchase. I give it an enthusiastic thumbs up, and highly recommend it.

I loved this build, the vets office was my favorite! The garage is cool and the truck fits in perfectly. Before I got this I read reviews and got a little concerned, don't listen to em the build is so fun and I think the value for money is there! Give us more like this LEGO!

This is a nice addition to the modular city, but it's definitely overpriced and the price per part is way above average compared to all modulars. It does not take away the fact that it's an impressive model though.

10264 Corner Garage is a unique corner modular, so the collectibility of this set is pretty high. Sure it's not cheap, but it's a modular. These are known for keeping their sale value, so even if you buy this to sell it later, it's still worth doing. The inclusion of this in your city is great- we've had service stations in the past, but this one is a modular one, with a brilliant looking vehicle.

So, do I like this set? Yes, I really like it. Do I love this set? Nope, there is no love going on. Of course, the love for a modular set is based on personal preferences, so your mileage probably varies.

While I greatly enjoyed the building process of the set and I think the overall look of the building (from the outside) is incredible, it's impossible to not consider the $30 price increase when trying to objectively assess the Corner Garage set. This is the first modular set since the Pet Shop was released where I felt like I ought to add a bunch of extra details to the interior of the set. For a set as pricey as the Corner Garage is, that's obviously a disappointment.

I like the set overall, and enjoyed seeing how they accomplished the 45-degree wall. I think we will see more interestingly shaped buildings in the future as they continue to leverage these new elements.

Like all modulars, it's a thing of beauty, packed with interesting building techniques and parts usage both inside and out. The fact it's a corner building, with a garage forecourt in front, has reduced the surface area of the actual building considerably but nevertheless I feel that what space there is has been put to good use. Perhaps the interior is not as detailed as in other modulars but I think what's been provided is adequate.

Once again, the modular series has demonstrated its ability to provide the ultimate playset for adults. The interior sections are fun to fiddle with, to place minifigures in different places and shift accessories around, while the exterior looks absolutely brilliant on display, and would do were it not made from LEGO pieces. LEGO Creator Expert continues to impress with the modular street, with no real complaints aside from the minifigure face niggle – it will not be through any accident that fans find themselves putting together Jo's Garage.

The Brothers Brick

10264 Corner Garage is by no means a perfect LEGO Creator Expert modular building. The building doesn't quite “flow" the way previous modular buildings have, with a vet's office sandwiched between a mechanic's shop and a bachelor pad (one simple solution: invert the order of the top-floor apartment and the second-floor veterinarian's office). Nevertheless, it has a great “Bauhaus" sort of design, with some truly lovely details in the columns on the first floor and in the cornice at the roof line. The excellent tow truck along with the car lift add some fun play features to a building that would otherwise consist mainly of static detail.
