These sets are for the child who is ready to graduate from Duplo but not quite ready for the big kid LEGO building sets. With the Pony Farm, kids can feed and groom the pony, take her for a few jumps, and even settle down for a quick snack.

I got this as a gift for my 3 year old niece. At the same time she got me a Lego motorcycle and a Lego Mixel character to ride it. I'm 40 years old by the way. I got sucked into playing with her for hours riding my Lego motorcycle back and forth the pony farm. She absolutely loved the pony farm and even though Lego recommends it for 4 to 7 year olds she had no problems assembling it herself. She does have a lot of experience with Legos though and Lego always includes easy to follow directions.

My daughter has been playing with LEGO since she turned one. We loved the Duplo kits. There is nothing like hearing a huge bin of LEGO being dumped out onto the floor. She has since turned three so we thought it best to upgrade her to the Junior Collection. The collection is still a little challenging for her, but with some help she is able to build the sets. They are fun, challenging, and help to grow her imagination. It is a great intermediate collection. The far majority of the games and toys we purchase for our daughter are those which help to develop STEM. This is a great toy that aids in accomplishing our goals. Thank you LEGO for understanding that many little girls prefer to play, interact, and build with pink, turquoise, magenta, purple, blue, red, yellow and green bricks.
