Recommendation: meh 3 / 5 by Tom Alphin

Since Mandalay Bay Hotel is a better LEGO model, but it's based on a less interesting building than the Bellagio, the two models feel about equal in overall quality. With very few other changes compared to the more widely distributed #21047 version, it's not surprising that my objective assessment of #21038 is that it deserves the same rating.
