All 3 models were great and honestly, if I had the money, I'd buy a few copies of this set and incorporate all 3 models into my cityscape. I've said it in another 3-in-1 set review, but it bears repeating here, I also love the fact that 3-in-1 sets don't swamp you with Minifigures. Three actually feels light for the A-Model but I have many from other sets that can make it up.

My son has loved LEGO his whole life. A while ago he and his brother started a Lego town, and Townhouse Pet Shop and Cafe was a great addition! He got it for his 12th birthday. He loves the details like the cafe's facade, and the hot dog cart, and he was surprised how big the set was! A great set with lots of pieces for a low price! My son enjoys it greatly! There is nothing wrong with this set! A wonderful build!

Flashy electronics may come and go but the brilliance of Legos and the joy of creating with them will shine forever! It was already cool enough, just having all of these blocks that you could build anything you could think of with. The ultimate chance to use your hands, brain, and imagination. Now Legos have come up with these kits, these incredible kits that give you a purpose right out the gate! Not just that, you can still build so many other things! Legos are the best and my niece and nephews and I are going to have a blast putting this together and then taking it apart and building something else again and again. Legos really are a gift that keeps on giving and this set has so much to give.

The set looks nice. I enjoyed building it and will preserve many of the original details when I make it modular for my city. Additionally, if you are buying this set, it is a great deal even at full price. The only downside is really the small number of lack-luster Minifigures. I enjoyed this set and I recommend it for all LEGO® city builders out there.

My initial impression of the architectural look of this set was not positive, but I was pleasantly surprised by the building experience. The positives for me included the building experience, the variety provided by the 3-in-1 instructions and the use of recent parts in interesting ways. However, I was disappointed with the architectural quality of the main set and the lesser number of parts used in the two alternative builds.
