Boys (8 and 7) love Lego and love Star Wars, so know that this definitely helps. We have most of the Lego games and find virtually all to be very entertaining, but this ranks among the favorites. The board is fun for them to build as it encompasses building jedi fighters, AT-AT and gun emplacements ... you get an hour of peace and quiet right there :-) Once built the game is a simple one, a war between the evil republic and the rebels with a touch of strategy and some good luck rolling dice deciding the outcome. Game takes about fifteen minutes to play. What I really like is how easy the kids can use their imaginations to create new and fun rules, variations of the game play, even completely new board setup. It means that when you think they are tiring of it a whole new round of fun can be opened up and they exercise their minds. This is a fun one, recommended.
