I got this model for free along with the Detective's Office modular building model at my local Lego Store. This one is a cute little model that I can keep along with my other modular buildings. Still, there's a tremendous backstory to this model that works beautifully with the Detective's Office model! According to the YouTube creator video of the Detective's Office, the whole model is designed as a Prohibition-era cookie-smuggling operation. Well, as it turns out, the flower cart owner is in on it too: he's got a barrel of cookies hidden right under the flowers! Great model with a fun story :D
super cute and makes for a great addition to any lego city. i love it. i do have the modular set it is intended for but you don't need to have the barber shop/detective office to enjoy this piece. it truly will fit in with any lego town you have or just as an individual stand alone piece.
It's a pretty simple build that comes together quite quickly. It looks clean, and is a fantastic addition to the streetscape of the Detective's Office, even though it's a separate set. I'm not sure how the little guy is supposed to move the comparatively large cart, but that's a discussion for another time.
