The house has two stories and has a kitchen, terrace, water front deck, a media room/bedroom and a bathroom. Each of the rooms has some sort of play feature, like swiveling chairs on the deck, a center island with stove and sink in the kitchen, a couch that turns into bunk beds in the media/bedroom and a toilet, sink and shower in the bathroom. The building's roof lifts up to make it easier to play inside the house and there's a dock stretching out into the water for the windsurfer to ride up to.
This is such a great set and super fun addition to my daughter's growing collection of Lego sets.It was easy for her to build on her own following the step by step directions the only thing she had me dowas we had to flatten out the stickers before she could apply them to the right pieces since they came a little bent and trying to curl up so we just put them under some heavy books and by the time she needed them they were fine.It comes with both Stephanie and Kate and a little windsurfer for them to use. What is nice is that this is a two story house that is open for easy play access to the parts in the house and the many other accessory pieces that come with it like the bed and we just love the chairs for the characters to sit out on the terrace in.She is having so much fun playing with this set and now she is saving up money for one of the other houses.
I consider this to be a great little set for the way it looks and the selection of parts. Not necessarily a lot of new or unique parts, but a nice parts pack nevertheless. In terms of playability, I must admit I didn't see the appeal, but then I'm not really the target audience for the playability aspects.
